January is already well behind us and it was a month filled with creativity. So often we think we have not achieved much when in hindsight that is rarely the case. 9 new silk scarves are now on their websites. 5 silk collage textiles are completed. Between myself and Emma we have also created 8 new hats with 5 more in production. The last week then has been spent doing photo shoots, editing, optimization and website listings for all the new pieces. I have 4 more new hats in the design stage and 3 cuffs. So it has been a busy start to the year.

I have added lots more items to my Shop in Ireland store as their admins are super great at all the tech stuff and promotional work. Excited to see where things go with them. My Etsy is still there with new listings added today. I think it is prudent to spread my work across several platforms. Here are my five newest silk textile pieces.

This year, I will be learning more about millinery techniques and how to make buckram fascinator bases for Emma to decorate. We think a her’s and her’s hat and fascinator matching set is an achievable goal for this year.
Things are opening up again here in Ireland so we are hopeful that weddings and festivals will go ahead and people will be treating themselves to one of our creations.
Nature’s cycles are turning in their way and spring growth is visible in the wild places I love to visit, reassuring in these uncertain times.
I now have an official Google Business page where people can leave a review and see where I am. We also have one for Wildly Created. This month really has been a surge forward into business mode!
