RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased from Karima Rebecca Powell Artist can be returned within 14 days for a full refund less any shipping or packaging costs provided they haven’t been worn and are in exactly the same condition as when they were sold. We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged in any way (make up, perfume, hair spray, deodorant), rain damage or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the item as being worn.

This applies to all of my products, clothing, accessories, wall art, eco printing, cards etc.

Please follow the instructions below to make a return for a refund.

1. Document in writing why you are returning the item (including date of purchase and order reference number).
2. Post the item (along with the document referred to at No. 1 above) to the following address:
   Rebecca O’Shea, T/A Karima Rebecca Powell Artist, The Annex, Ashgrove, Clonleigh, Kinsale, Co. Cork. Ireland P17 NV34.
3. NOTE: The item must be shipped by a traceable method or shipping insurance must be purchased to guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any taxes or duties payable on the return of the item will be payable by the customer.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, once I am satisfied the item has been returned in good faith and as it was sent, please allow up to 14 days after receipt for processing your refund.

Terms & Conditions

1. There is no refund on sale items or gift vouchers – credit note only.
2. Irish returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. This 14 days starts the day it was paid for, not the day you received it as I have no proof of when it was delivered.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in exactly the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
4. Please note that there is no refund or credit note on a Bespoke item (for example, one that has been made especially for you).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and any taxes and duties which may have been paid are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any taxes or charges incurred by postal services.
